GREAT JOB MUSTANGS! Today was our Mustang Drive Celebration Event! Thanks to all the volunteers and Rogers staff who made this such a fun day for our Rogers students. BIG THANKS also to everyone who helped Rogers PTA raise over $40,000 for Rogers (and counting)! Stay tuned for more information about the final results of the Mustang Drive. The Long Beach Council PTA’s annual Teacher of the Year program annually honors an outstanding teacher from the LBUSD. Nominate a Rogers teacher by filling out the form here!
The winner of the Long Beach Council PTA Teacher of the Year Award will be presented with a $300 classroom grant and will be recognized at the Long Beach Council PTA Luncheon held in June.

y event! If you know of anyone who may be able to co-sponsor this event, please ask them to email president@rogersmiddleschoolpta.com as soon as possible.
The co-sponsor will be asked to donate $1150 and will be promoted through our newsletter, website and social media and in person at the Jeopardy event.

Nominating Committee Report. The Rogers PTA Nominating Committee met on February 7, 2023 to consider all eligible candidates for the 2023-2024 term of office. On behalf of the Nominating Committee, the following slate of officers are presented for the Association’s consideration:

March PTA Association Meeting Date. The PTA Association meeting scheduled for March 23 has been moved to March 30 to accommodate the requirement that the slate be posted for a minimum number of days before the elections.
